If they deliver a ban, it says "BANNED" under their name, but if they want to suspend you, the only message you see under your name is the "Userid closed at user's request", that has wound many a user up, including Twinkle and Angie. I don't know why they just don't change the message to "suspended"!!

Exactly, I didn't ask for my ID to be closed but it looks like I have, Fact is I was suspended. Don't expect a response Dave, Matt will, but Darren doesn't, he'll just ignore you and do the "We do not have to communicate with users or tell them the out come of things" standard schpeel. Which may sound important but is just plain bad manners!!
